FAQ
1. What types of drone services do you offer?
PX Aerial specializes in real estate marketing, construction site monitoring, golf course flyovers, and event aerial coverage. Our services include high-resolution photos, 4K videos, progress documentation, roof inspections, and cinematic aerial footage for promotional use.
2. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured, ensuring safe, compliant, and professional operations on every project.
3. How do drone services help in real estate marketing?
Aerial imagery highlights property features, location, and scale in ways traditional photography can’t. Our drone footage helps listings stand out, attract more views online, and close deals faster.
4. What do you offer for construction projects?
We provide construction progress photos and video to help project managers track progress, measure volumes, and document milestones over time.
5. Can you shoot at events like weddings or festivals?
Absolutely. We capture dynamic aerial footage of special events—corporate gatherings, weddings, festivals, and sporting events—offering stunning perspectives and cinematic highlight videos – all within the rules of the FAA so attendees are safe.
6. How far in advance should I book a drone shoot?
We recommend scheduling at least one to two weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
7. What is your typical turnaround time for photos and videos?
For most projects, you’ll receive your edited photos within 24–48 hours and video edits within 3–5 business days, depending on the scope of work.
8. Do you handle editing and post-production?
Yes. We provide professional editing, including color correction and logo overlays. Your video will be delivered in the format of your choice so your content is ready to publish immediately. For an additional fee, we can provide custom motion graphics and licensed music as an enhancement to your videos (please note, this will require additional design and production time).
9. Are there restrictions on where you can fly?
We comply with all FAA airspace regulations and local laws. Some areas, such as near airports or restricted zones, require prior authorization, which we handle as part of our service.
10. How much do your drone services cost?
Pricing varies by project type, duration, and deliverables. We offer custom quotes to fit your specific needs and budget—contact us for a free consultation.
11. What weather conditions are suitable for flying?
For safety and image quality, flights are conducted in clear or partly cloudy conditions with low wind. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.
